Discord Embedded App SDK

The Discord Embedded App SDK allows app developers to integrate activity into Discord for whatever app they’re using. This is most often used for games, but can be used by any application.

For example, this is how Spotify looks on Discord.

Here is an example of how it could look with Channel Surfer:

I am not sure of the feasibility, but this feature request is asking for Discord activity to be reported by the Channel Surfer app.

I believe that showing others what channel you’re currently watching and allowing them to click to also watch the same channel would have significant social impact. This would be akin to calling your friend and telling them to turn to a channel, like people did back in the 90s and 2000s.

I think this feature would be very fun and would be nice to have.
